Join Our #LoveWhereYouMoor Photo Competition and Win a £100 Chandlery Voucher
One lucky winner will receive a £100 Chandlery voucher! This voucher can be redeemed on an incredible range of boating essentials and accessories, perfect for gearing up for your next marina adventure. Entries are open from Tuesday 1st July until Thursday 31st August, so you have plenty of time to capture the perfect shot. We’ll announce the winner on our social media pages in September 2025.
Eligibility:
This competition is open to all Lakeland Leisure Estates moorers who are residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Lakeland Leisure Estates MLtd and its affiliate companies are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter:
Participants must submit a photograph taken in or around any of the Lakeland Leisure Estates marinas. To qualify, entries must be posted publicly on Facebook or Instagram and include the hashtag #LoveWhereYouMoor. Participants must also tag @LakelandLeisureMarinas in their post to ensure their entry is counted. Multiple entries are permitted, but each entry must feature a unique photograph. Participants can also choose to upload their submission directly in the voting area by filling out a form and uploading their submission photo.
Entry Period:
The competition opens on Tuesday 1st July 2025 and closes on Thursday 31st August. Any entries posted after this time will not be eligible.
Prize:
One winner will receive a £100 chandlery voucher, which can be redeemed in-store. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative.
Judging:
The winning entry will be selected by public vote; the photo with the highest number of votes wins. The winner will be announced on the Lakeland Leisure Marinas Facebook and Instagram pages in September 2025 and contacted directly by the Lakeland Leisure Estates Ltd marketing team.
Usage Rights:
By entering the competition, participants grant Lakeland Leisure Estates Ltd the unrestricted right to use, display, and share their photo(s) across Lakeland Leisure Estates Ltd’s social media channels, website, and other marketing materials. Participants agree that their photos may be used without additional compensation, and they retain full ownership and credit for their images.
Data Protection:
Personal data submitted with the entry will be handled in accordance with Lakeland Leisure Estates Ltd's privacy policy and data protection guidelines. This data will only be used to contact the winner and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
