1. Offer Eligibility
This offer is available exclusively to recipients of the promotional SMS from Lakeland Leisure Estates. It applies only to customers who book a minimum 3-month winter mooring at Roydon Marina Village, starting from the 1st October 2025.
2. Free September Mooring
Customers who confirm their winter mooring with a signed agreement and deposit for contracts starting 1st October onwards can arrive early and moor at Roydon Marina Village without incurring a charge for September 2025, subject to availability. Complimantary days are from the date of arrival, the earliest being 1st September, the 30th Septmber is the latest complimentary date.
3. New Customers Only
This offer is available to new winter mooring customers only on winter contracts for 3 months or longer. It is not valid for existing Lakeland Leisure Estates moorers.
4. Minimum Stay Requirement
To qualify for the free September mooring, customers must commit to a minimum 3-month winter mooring agreement commencing between 1st October - 31st December 2025.
5. Payment Terms
An advance monthly or quarterly payment agreed with Roydon Marina Village must be received to secure your winter mooring and activate this promotional offer.
6. Non-Transferable
This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, refund or any other service.
7. Subject to Availability
Moorings are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by Roydon Marina Village.
8. Right to Amend or Withdraw
Lakeland Leisure Estates ltd t/a Roydon Marina Village reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
