Tattenhall Marina offers a unique holiday destination with over 300 berths and our new and exclusive floating holiday lodges. We're looking for housekeepers to join our team; servicing holiday lodges on turnaround days.
Role responsibilities:
Service and sanitise lodges on turn around days, including changing bed linen and towels.
Clean lodge kitchens including the fridge, microwave oven, hob and work surfaces
Ensure crockery, cutlery and glassware is clean
Replenish toiletries and sundries
Sweep, vacuum and mop hard floors.
Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
Clean mirrors and other glass surfaces.
Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste.
Clean bathrooms including sinks, showers and toilets
Complete basic inventory checks, replace or report missing or broken items
Check appliances are in working order, report any issues to the Manager or maintenance team
Check health and safety items are in situ such as fire extinguishers, fire blankets and smoke alarms
Highlight any health and safety hazards or maintenance issues to the site manager
Monitor stock levels of toiletries and linen - report to the manager when stock needs ordering.
Monitor the quality of mattresses, bedding, towels, furniture and items such as coat hangers, kettles and irons.
Provide additional support to other areas when required.
Adhere to company policies, procedures and health and safety laws.
Use cleaning equipment in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Chef to work in our Woodlands Cafe. Our new menus include alternative brunch, afternoon tea, pizzas and pastas. The kitchen has been recently modernised to accommodate the new menus.
You'll manage and coordinate the day-to-day operation of the Woodlands Cafe kitchen, providing the highest and most consistent standards of food preparation and delivery. Menu changes will be finalised with our Executive Chef and Hospitality Director but your ideas on dishes and promotions are always encouraged and supported. You'll be responsible for ensuring we meet our GP targets and you'll need to ensure that the kitchen and associated paperwork meet the 5 star standard required by the EHO at all times.
A varied, exciting role for someone who is dynamic, practical, proactive and customer-focused with a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for maintaining the boat hire fleet to a high standard, carrying out routine safety checks and turning boats around between hires as well as conducting the customer handover procedure; requiring knowledge and competence in manoeuvring boats. Ensure customers have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Team Member to support our Maintenance Team with general park maintenance as well as Holiday Lodge Maintenance. We're located in the beautiful Lee Valley Regional Park, a short 5-minute walk from Roydon railway station and central London is only a 30-minute train ride away.

We're looking for a Cafebar Assistant/Cook f to help us expand and develop our menu offering. We're open for breakfast, lunch, coffee, cake, and dinner from Monday to Sunday.
The Boathouse Cafe Bar is set on the beautiful marina front at Roydon Marina Village, we have a 40-cover cafe with additional seating outside in the beer garden for the warmer months. We have a small but friendly kitchen and front of house team. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Café/Bar Assistant who can also cover shifts in the kitchen, to join our friendly team.
Hours of work will include Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
