We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organised person to join our customer focussed reception team at Long Ashes Leisure Club.

Your Role:

To deliver excellent customer service at all times.
To book spa treatments, set up new memberships and accurately record product sales on our leisure club systems.
To deal with enquiries in a professional and courteous manner - in person, over the phone and via email.
To keep up to date with current promotions and prices to provide accurate information to customers while maximising sales opportunities.
To respond to requests from customers efficiently and effectively.
To handle all queries and complaints and take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved, ensuring any complaints are recorded and reported to management.
To process all cash and card payments accurately.
To keep the reception area tidy at all times.
To support other departments in the leisure club, when required. This may be to help cover holiday or assist through busy periods.

Skills and Attributes Desired:

Proficient in MS Office applications.
Ability to learn new systems quickly.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
The ability to work alone and as part of a team.
A flexible approach to working arrangements.
Weekend work will be required.
Capable and comfortable to work 10-12 hour shifts.

We're located 2 miles from Grassington and 9 miles from Skipton, your own transport is essential as we're not on many public transport routes.
