The ETAP 24i is a popular and good sized recreational keelboat. According to the manufacturer, the construction uses a polyester glass-fibre and foam sandwich which provides buoyancy, making the boat "unsinkable". We would not recommend putting that claim to the test!
Rig: fractional sloop. The tandem keel version displaces 4,012 lb (1,820 kg) and carries 1,146 lb (520 kg) of ballast. Accommodation: 4 berths (double V in the bow, two singles via the settees in the main cabin). Galley: aft of the bow cabin and equipped with a two-burner stove and a sink.
